Monthly Billing:
Lessons are billed monthly at $150 per month for one 30-minute weekly lesson. Payment covers the entire month regardless of the number of lessons attended.

Payment is due on the 1st of each month for that month's lessons. All tuition is prepaid.
Late Fees:
A $25 late fee will be assessed on the 10th of the month if payment has not been received.
Automatic Payment Authorization:
Click Music will capture credit card information for all accounts. All accounts are automatically enrolled in auto-pay unless other arrangements are pre-approved. If a non-auto-pay account becomes late, it will be converted to mandatory auto-pay. By providing credit card information, you authorize Click Music to charge your card for tuition, late fees, and all related charges.
No Refunds or Prorating:
Monthly lesson fees are non-refundable and non-prorated. This includes missed lessons due to student absence, illness, vacation, or other personal circumstances.

To withdraw or take extended leave (more than 2 weeks), written notice must be provided before the 21st of the preceding month, or the following month will be billed in full.
